Tortilla Soup Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

lettuce, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 c. jicama, finely sliced (optional)
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 fresh jalapeno, finely diced (optional)
1/4 c. olive oil (or 1/8 oil and 1/8 olive oil, mixed)
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine jalapenos, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
