Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish relish or spread (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    chopped parsley or finely chopped pecans or cashews
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except parsley or nuts and shape into a ball.
    Roll in parsley or nuts and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    Keep covered.
