Irish Skillet Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 rounded tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Melt margarine plus 1 teaspoon salt in a 10-inch skillet. Combine flour, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and baking powder.
    Blend eggs and milk in separate bowl; add margarine.
    Combine with dry ingredients.
    It makes a wet dough; add raisins.
    Spread around in skillet; dust top with a little flour.
    Score center of dough so it won't split.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
