Sunflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. cottage cheese
sliced peaches
lettuce leaves
1 cherry
2 celery sticks
Preparation
-
Line 2 plates with lettuce leaves.
Divide cottage cheese in half and scoop onto lettuce.
Arrange peaches around cottage cheese.
Cut cherry in half.
Place on cottage cheese.
Add celery stick for stem.
Serves 2.
