Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 1 lemon
    olive oil (enough to cover juice)
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    cumin seed (may substitute dill or caraway)
    oregano
    thyme
    parsley
    2 forkfuls Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Pour juice into shaker top container.
    Pour in enough oil to cover surface.
    Add mustard.
    Add garlic and spices (enough to cover surface).
    Shake well.
    Serve on tossed greens.
    Serves 4.
