Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick melted butter
    7 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light, add sugar and flour.
    Mix well, stir in milk, vanilla and butter.
    Stir in coconut lightly.
    Pour in 2 well buttered 9-inch pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Forms its own crust.
