Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot
    1 cucumber
    1 small onion
    1 bell pepper
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grate vegetables.
    Combine with softened cream cheese, seasoning and mayonnaise.
    Add more mayonnaise if necessary to make of spreading consistency.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Spread on bite size pieces of bread or make small sandwiches.
