Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    3 c. flour
    2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and egg yolks.
    Then add coconut extract, milk, almond, flour, coconut and baking powder.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
    Bake in tube pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
