Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. chopped tomatoes
5 medium chopped bell peppers
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 jalapeno peppers (optional)
3 chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation

Cook tomatoes and hot peppers down.
Add other ingredients and cook 5 minutes.
