Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini (raw and unpeeled)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add all ingredients except flour; mix well.
    Gradually blend in flour and add walnuts if desired.
    Pour into greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
