Fried Veggie-Grits Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked peas
    1/2 c. uncooked corn kernels, cut from ear of corn
    1/4 c. red bell pepper
    1/4 c. green bell pepper
    1/2 c. uncooked shredded spinach
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grits
    margarine
Preparation
    Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 2 to 3 cups of water and bring to a boil.
    Add veggies to water, bring back to boil and cook for 3 minutes.
    Drain veggies and rinse in cold water to halt cooking.
