Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour or cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    pinch salt
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix together powdered sugar and 1/2 c. peanut butter and reserve 1/3. Pour rest in bottom of a baked pie crust. In saucepan cook egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, milk and salt until thick. Add 1 Tbsp. peanut butter, 2 Tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Cool and our in crust. Make meringue: Beat egg whites, cold water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch and beat until stiff. Top pie with meringue
    and top meringue with reserved peanut butter mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown.
