Three Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can kidney beans
1 can green beans
1 can cut wax beans
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. salad oil
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Drain all beans well.
Combine first 6 ingredients; mix carefully.
Combine and mix remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables.
Cover; chill 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
