Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 fryer, cut up and seasoned
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large casserole pan.
    Add rice and soup and 3 cups water.
    Mix well.
    Place fryer in and bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
