Ernest'S Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread crumbs
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    3 c. ground beef or pork
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk or beef stock
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. diced, cooked carrots
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Line oil sprayed baking dish with 1/2 of the mashed potatoes. Mix meat, onion, milk and beaten egg together; spread on top of potatoes.
    Cover with remaining mashed potatoes.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven until light brown and the meat is done.
