Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken, cooked and diced
6 hard-cooked eggs, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. diced onion
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. slivered almonds
potato chips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except potato chips.
Blend well. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until casserole is bubbly.
Sprinkle potato chips over top and heat again for a very few minutes until top is golden brown.
Serves 12.
