Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple tidbits
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. cream cheese
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
juice drained from pineapple
12 oz. grated cheese
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer the drained pineapple, cream cheese and marshmallows.
In a saucepan, mix sugar, flour, eggs and drained juice; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Mixture will be consistency of thin pudding.
Pour thickened sauce over pineapple mixture; top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until cheese is slightly brown around edges.
