Ingredients

1 egg
1 egg white, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of cloves
2 c. pecans
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Beat 1 egg until frothy and 1 tablespoon water.
Melt butter in pan; stir a lot.
Add sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Put pecans in 1 egg white and coat well, then put them into sugar and spices; cover well.
Place in pan with butter and bake at 250\u00b0 until done.
