Ingredients

1/4 stick margarine
4 eggs, beaten until frothy
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Melt 1/4 stick of margarine in each of 2 round cake pans (any size).
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add to beaten eggs the flour, milk, sugar, soft butter or margarine and cinnamon.
Divide batter equally between the two cake pans.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Turn down to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 10 more minutes.
