Candied Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large carrots, cut in half and split lengthwise
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Peel and boil carrots until tender.
Melt margarine in Teflon skillet until hot.
Add carrots, salt and pepper.
Turn heat to medium and cook until lightly browned.
Add sugar and cook about 10 minutes longer, turning occasionally.
Add sprinkled cinnamon, if desired.
