Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked according to pkg. directions
    3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Drain spinach well; squeeze to remove excess moisture.
    Combine spinach with remaining ingredients.
    Shape into 3/4-inch balls; place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
    (These can be made ahead and frozen, then baked.)
    They taste like sausage.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
