Danish Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cake flour
jelly (any flavor)
Preparation

Mix well.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add flour.
Roll into small balls.
Punch hole or indention in center of ball.
Fill with any flavor jelly.
Bake at 300\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
Makes about 35 small cookies.
(I always double the recipe because they go fast.)
