Pea Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. soft water
2 c. Andersen's green split peas
1 branch celery, coarsely chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and cook over the stove until done.
