Fettuccine Primavera With Smoked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. favorite pasta
    1/2 lb. fresh snow peas
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 roasted red sweet pepper, cut into strips
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    8 to 10 oz. smoked salmon, cut into strips
Preparation
    Heat olive oil; add garlic, snow peas and sweet pepper and cook for 1 minute. Add the cream and bring to a boil. In a separate saucepan, cook the pasta. Add pasta to cream sauce and gently combine with salmon, cheese and parsley. Serve warm.
