Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts or 4 thighs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. white wine
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Parmesan
Preparation

Stir together the butter, wine and mustard.
Coat both sides of chicken.
Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan; dredge chicken pieces in it.
Place in baking pan, sprayed with vegetable coating.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes until meat tests done and crumb crust is golden brown.
