Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    3 c. diced apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
    Sift dry ingredients and add a little at a time to sugar mixture, alternating with nuts and apples.
    Pour into greased stem or Bundt pan.
    Sprinkle the butterscotch chips over the top and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
