Cabbage And Pepperoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt (level)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 large can white kidney beans (also add juice)
    1 large stick pepperoni, sliced into small chunks
Preparation
    Break cabbage down and rinse.
    Place in a large pot with about 2 cups water.
    Cover and place on very low flame.
    Steam about 1 hour.
    Drain and add all other ingredients.
    Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 to 45 minutes.
