Betty Whetstone'S Caramel Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium sweet potatoes
    1 box light brown sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice lengthwise.
    Place in medium casserole. Sprinkle whole box of brown sugar over potatoes.
    Then pour carton of whipping cream over sugar and potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
