Taco Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    shortening
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine taco mix, flour and salt.
    In a small bowl, blend egg and milk.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture.
    Fry in hot shortening until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
