Asparagus With Parmesan Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. asparagus
    salt and ground pepper
    3/4 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
    3 oz. butter
Preparation
    In a tall, narrow saucepan, bring enough salted water to boil to reach just below the asparagus tips.
    Clean the asparagus and tie it in bundles.
    Add to the saucepan and cook just until crisp-tender.
    Drain and transfer to a serving dish.
