French Apple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 medium apples, finely chopped (about 2 c.)
1 3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. French bread, cut in small pieces
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Add Eagle Brand milk, apples, water, margarine, cinnamon and vanilla.
Stir in bread and raisins, completely moistening the bread.
