Italian Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. cheese filled spinach tortellini
    8 oz. Provolone or Mozzarella cheese, cubed (2 c.)
    1 small tomato, coarsely chopped
    1/2 green pepper, cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
    4 green onions, sliced (1/4 c.)
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions.
    Drain in a colander.
    Chill by either refrigerating or placing the colander in a large bowl of ice water for 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
