Mushroom Cress Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oil
2 Tbsp. tarragon, white wine or white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
8 c. watercress leaves
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced thin
Preparation

In salad bowl, mix well the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add watercress and mushrooms.
Toss lightly to coat.
If desired, stand some mushroom slices on end around rim of bowl to create scalloped garnish.
Serve at once.
