Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and oil.
    Add eggs.
    Mix vinegar, red food coloring and cocoa.
    Pour into mixture.
    Blend.
    Alternate flour and buttermilk when adding to mixture.
    Add soda, salt and vanilla.
    Bake in three 8-inch well-greased pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Frost with icing.
