Homemade Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. 10x sugar
    1/2 tsp. flavoring (I use Loraine oil)
    coloring
Preparation
    Knead the cream cheese, flavoring and sugar together.
    Add coloring if desired (if you add coloring, you may need a little more 10x sugar).
    Roll into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Press into molds.
