1000 Island Dressing For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 qt. sour cream
1 1/2 gal. mayonnaise
2 3/4 qt. pickle relish
8 (14 oz.) bottles catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. season salt
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
3 lemons (using juice only)
4 oz. water

Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle relish and catsup together. Mix water, lemon juice and spices in a small container.
Add to main batch.
Mix well.
Keep under refrigeration.
