Homemade Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked cornbread
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. day old bread
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. sage
    2 eggs, boiled and chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. hot water
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Pour hot water over bread.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Add chicken broth.
    Mix well.
    If too dry, add more broth or water.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes one large or two small pans.
