Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. corn oil
2 jars junior baby carrots
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Beat until well mixed (about 5 minutes on low-medium).
Pour into large oblong cake pan, greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes (at least).
I bake longer.
