Hearty Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean boneless round steak, cut in cubes
    2 c. cubed carrots
    1 medium onion, cut in eighths
    2 1/4 c. cubed red potatoes
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) no-salt tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 c. brewed coffee
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
    1 bay leaf
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak.
    Spray Dutch oven with cooking spray. Brown on all sides.
    Remove and place on paper towel to drain. Wipe grease from oven.
    Re-coat with spray.
    Add carrots and onion. Saute until slightly brown.
    Return steak to pan.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Stir and simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add beans and simmer 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    2 1/2 quarts.
    Serving size:
    1 cup.
