Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 large can tomatoes
1/2 c. instant rice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Put can of tomatoes in a large skillet.
Mix all together the other ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape into golf ball size meatballs and place in tomatoes in skillet.
Heat to boiling, then cover and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes, turning meatballs over once during cooking.
Serve with rice.
