Sausage Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. nuts
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. cold coffee
    2 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
    1 lb. raisins
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the sausage and brown sugar. Add nuts, raisins and flour. Mix the baking soda and coffee and add to mixture. Add other ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours in 10-inch Bundt pan.
