Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
Preparation
    With a fork, beat eggs, salt and water until blended. Add sifted flour and mix, may take more flour. Dough should be stiff. For ease in rolling, divide the dough in half. Roll out as thin as you can. Allow to \"rest\" for about 30 minutes. Cut in long strips, then stack the strips and then cut them as narrow or as wide as you prefer. Add them to boiling chicken or beef stock. They freeze well, uncooked.
