Apple Pie In A Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch deep shell crust
    2 1/2 lb. apples, sliced thin
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. each: nutmeg and cinnamon
    1/2 c. soft butter
Preparation
    Toss apples, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and spices. Fill pie shell.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over this.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, flour and butter into soft paste.
    Spread over apples. Place in large brown grocery bag.
    Fold top sharply 3 times.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Let cool 15 to 20 minutes before opening bag to avoid burns.
    Ignore burning smell while cooking.
