Vegetable Grinder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 can tomatoes, drained
    1 green pepper, sliced
    pinch of garlic powder
    oregano to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Prepare vegetables; season to taste.
    Saute until just cooked. Serve in hard rolls.
    Makes 4 sandwiches.
    May be topped with grated cheese.
