Spaghetti With Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. beef stock or 1 cube bouillon in 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sour red wine
    1/2 can tomato paste
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. spaghetti
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy fry pan or Dutch oven.
    Saute onion and garlic 5 minutes; add mushrooms and meat, browning lightly.
    Add celery, stock, wine, tomato paste, tomato, salt, pepper, parsley and flour.
    Mix thoroughly.
