Mom'S Light Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
all-purpose flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Add all-purpose flour until thickens and doughy.
Pull back sides and grease bowl with shortening.
Let rise in bowl until doubles in size.
Dip fingers in cooking oil and make rolls.
Let rise again in pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
