Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli (chopped)
1 c. rice
1 can chickeny mushroom soup
1 stick margarine, cut up in chunks
8 oz. Velveeta, melted or 8 oz. Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Thaw and cook the broccoli.
Drain.
Cook the rice as directed.
Combine the drained broccoli and rice. Mix in the soup. Add the margarine and Velveeta.
Put all of the mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Great to go with chicken dishes!
