Healthy Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. no-fat sour cream
    2 Tbsp. no-fat mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. no-fat cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 c. no-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. imitation crab
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasonings. Mix well.
    Then stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.
    Cover.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables.
    Makes approximately 20 servings.
