Beef Sukiyaki Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin or purchase thinly sliced beef for stir-fry
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. green pepper, sliced thin
    1 c. onion, sliced thin
    1 c. celery, cut in 1 1/2-inch diagonal pieces
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 (3 oz.) jar mushrooms, sliced
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok; add beef and cook, stirring constantly, until meat turns gray.
    Remove meat and set aside.
    In same pan, add water with bouillon in it, then add green pepper, onion and celery; cook about 12 minutes.
    Add soy sauce, sugar, Chinese vegetables and mushrooms, stirring to mix thoroughly.
    Add steak and cook about 5 minutes until heated thoroughly.
    Serve immediately over cooked rice.
    The vegetables should be a little crisp.
