Light Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add skim milk and oil; mix well.
    Beat 2 egg whites until peaks form.
    Fold into batter mix.
    Spray griddle with Pam or other nonstick cooking spray.
    Heat.
    Cook pancakes as usual.
    Use lite margarine and syrup or better yet, apple butter or applesauce.
    These are great!
    You don't miss the extra calories.
    Even my picky eater son loves them and requests them for Sunday breakfast every week.
